Sally we are glad you enjoyed your IP potatoe purée as pizza crust! IP for dinner counts as 1 protein serving use tablespoon of tomato sauce and add toppings ! GHugg’s BBQ sauce is good also for a BBQ chicken pizza!
For those notveatinv neat due to Lent add 1/2 packet IP chedde sauce on tkmatoe sauce with veggies!!! ( coach Kate’z favorite)

Coach Kare’s take on spaghetti!

Rao tomatoes sauce with turkey meat. Phase 1 (use 2 tablespoons )
ICoom the zucchini in the frying pan with oil, salt and pepper, added the konjac noodles with the zucchini the like 2 minutes. Then topped it with 2 oz of ground turkey and small amount of tomatoes sauce

Decided to use the konjac spaghetti tonight !
Below iPatty’s Ramen! Phase 1

G Hugh’s teriyaki chicken with green onions seared in pan than baked 380’ for 25min ( flipped 1/2 way through baking!
In a seperate pan olive 2 tsp. Olive oil & minced garlic and added konjac spaghetti, diced zucchini, onion powder, pepper, lite soy sauce. Diced some of the chicken when it was done baking, stir in konjac noodles snd veggies and mix. Then measured 2 cups low sodium chicken broth tk a pot simmer with sea salt & pepper .
Pour broth in a bowl and add the konjac noodles, chocken & veggies. Enjoy!

Optional- Add a bouldd egg to your soup or tough of hot sauce!
