Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant-An LSMMD Community

Together, we can create the life you want, filled with fitness, relaxation, fine dining and more. Today, nearly 350 older adults call LVMG home.

Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant in Howard County welcomed its first residents in 2016. The community provided person-centered care and opportunities for residents to live the best life possible, and partners with community and educational organizations that share a passion for service and support for older adults. The care continuum allows residents access to on-site health care. LVMG is a Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland community.

"In this season of gratitude, we would like to take a moment to thank and celebrate all of the residents, families, team members, partners, vendors and friends who contributed to our Annual Fund Campaign. Our campaign wrapped up on Dec. 19, and you donated a total of $204,705. 04 plus another $6,979 in inkind gifts. Because of you, residents will receive the financial assistance they need, team members will receive scholarships to support their success and operations will direct funds to the greatest needs in the community.

To all of you, we are filled with gratitude and appreciation. You have made such a difference here at Miller’s Grant during this campaign. Thank you for your support.

Cheers to ringing in the new year—a little early!

Our Life Enrichment team hosted a festive “Noon Year’s Eve Party” for our assisted living and health care residents and their family members, and it was a celebration to remember. Guests snapped photos under a fun balloon arch, enjoyed a delicious three-course meal prepared by our dining team—Caesar salad, roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans, topped off with tiramisu—and took a stroll down memory lane with a slideshow of highlights from the year.

A talented singer/pianist set the mood and kept the celebration lively as we toasted to all the memories made and those still to come!
