Who's the Guru? YUDAGURU. My name is Abhik Saha. We operate very differently than any therapist you have ever met.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland, a Mindful Life Coach, and a Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner. I founded Yudaguru Integrative Wellness in response to the poor quality of mental health treatment that is prevalent in our society today. Our approach is profoundly respectful, holistic, and personal. You will notice that we are open, dynamic, and very human. We work to facilitate the space necessary for you to access your inner wisdom and inner healer. We give you advice and tools when you ask for them and give me permission to do so. When pain hits, we rush to say: "It could be worse!" We think this is resilience. But it is just avoidance.

This isn't hope. It is invalidation. Buried feelings don't die; they rot.

Hope requires truth. You must acknowledge the wound to heal it. Admitting "This hurts" is not negative. It is honest.

Stop saying "At least..." Start saying "It makes sense that this is hard."
