The 5 Fit Habits Framework: Day 5 of 5

Think sleep is optional? Think again.

✅ Habit #5: Get 7+ Hours of Quality Sleep

Sleep isn’t just “rest.”
It’s when your body repairs muscle, balances hormones, and resets your brain.

When you consistently get less than 7 hours, everything starts to break down:

⚠️ Lower energy
⚠️ Poor focus
⚠️ Harder workouts
⚠️ Increased body fat

In other words… your body becomes a magnificent disaster of a human being.

The strategy:
Start building a solid nighttime routine and prioritize quality sleep the same way you prioritize workouts and nutrition.

Because the truth is…

Without sleep, the other 4 habits don’t work.

The 5 Fit Habits Framework: Day 4 of 5

If you’re eating the Standard American Diet, we’ve got some work to do.

✅ Habit #4: Eat 90% Whole Foods

Whole foods simply mean real food — fruits, vegetables, lean protein, eggs, foods that grow, roam, or swim.

Most processed foods?
They come from a factory, not nature.

⚠️ Why this matters:
Highly processed foods lead to more body fat, less energy, and poor focus.

The strategy:
Shop mostly around the perimeter of the grocery store — produce, meat, eggs, dairy.
Visit the middle aisles only for basics like oatmeal or tuna.

Make processed foods and eating out an occasional treat, not a daily habit.

Your energy, waistline, and sanity will thank you.

And don’t worry…
The other 10% is where pizza lives. We’re not monsters. 🍕

The 5 Fit Habits Framework: Day 3 of 5

Is your metabolism "broken" or just understaffed? 🛑
Welcome to Day 3. We’ve covered hydration and movement, but today we’re talking about the biological building blocks of your body.

If you’re over 40, your body has stopped seeing junk food as "fuel" and started seeing it as a personal injury. It’s time to stop the "slow, tragic transformation" and start building your Body Armor.

✅ Habit #3: The Protein Power Rule. You need to consume your body weight in ounces of protein every single day.

The Math: If you weigh 150 lbs, your goal is 150 grams of protein.

⚠️ Why it’s Non-Negotiable:

💪 The Muscle Guard: Protein is the only thing keeping your "body armor" (muscle) from turning into "jiggle" when you wave goodbye.

The Metabolic Spark: Protein forces you to choose cleaner foods. Most processed junk is high in sugar, carbs, and salt—but nearly zero protein.

The Injury Shield: Without muscle, a simple fall becomes a major break. Build the armor now so you don't break later.

The Strategy:
Don’t just "eat more meat." Look at your plate and ask: Where is the armor? If you aren’t hitting your numbers, you aren't building; you’re losing.

Stop the revenge of the "soft stuff." Feed the machine, build the armor, and get your metabolism back to work! 🍖💪

STOP letting your body take its revenge! 🛑

Welcome to Day 2. Yesterday we talked about hydration, but today we’re talking about the biological reality of life after 40. Let’s be real: If you aren't actively building your foundation, your muscles are filing a formal complaint and replacing themselves with something… a lot softer. 🫠

We’re continuing the 5 Fit Habits this week—one simple, non-negotiable shift per day to get you vibrating at that high wellness quotient.

Habit #2: The 30-Minute Movement Rule. You need 30 minutes of intentional, heart-pumping exercise every single day.

⚡ The Definition: We aren't just talking about a casual stroll to the fridge.

YES: Strength training, a brisk power walk, or anything that makes you break a sweat.

NO: Counting "groceries from the car" as a CrossFit session or "getting up from the couch" as your daily cardio. Sound effects don't count as reps!

✨ The Payoff:
When you commit to 30 minutes of daily exercise, you stop the "muscle softening" in its tracks. You’ll see increased metabolic fire, better mood regulation, and—most importantly—tying your shoes will stop being a genuine cardio event.

Don't let your body win the argument. Slip on the exercise, and your body wastes no time acting out its revenge.

STOP ignoring the basics! 🛑

Welcome to Day 1. This framework isn’t just some "to-do" list—it is the absolute foundation of your health, your fitness, and your happiness. Because let’s be real: who is truly happy if they aren’t healthy, fit, and vibrating at a high wellness quotient? Nobody!

These are the simple habits that make a massive difference, and I’m sharing one per day this week.

Habit #1: The Water Rule. You need to drink half your body weight in ounces of plain water every single day.

The Math: If you’re 150 lbs, that’s 75 oz of water.

✅ YES: Plain water (you can put some lemon or cucumber in there, but keep it water!).

❌ NO: Coffee, tea, seltzer, and I'm sorry folks... certainly not vodka tonics or red wine. It is what it is!

The Payoff:
When you hit your water goal, you get better internal cellular activity—which leads to increased energy, sharper focus, and much better skin texture.

She’s not your typical fitness coach—and that’s exactly the point. Alanna’s coaching style was built through years of high-level competition, relentless discipline, and a deep respect for what the human body can do when trained with purpose.

She represented Team USA at the WKA World Championships in Thailand, earning two gold medals, and later competed professionally in Mixed Martial Arts, finishing her career undefeated with both wins by TKO. She also stepped into bare-knuckle Kyokushin Karate—one of the toughest combat disciplines in the world—and earned multiple podium finishes.

Today, Alanna brings that same championship mindset to every session—breaking down technique, building real strength, and helping people train with confidence.
