Hey Ellijay friends and family.... Let's join forces to spread kindness! Right now many people in our community are struggling, maybe even your own neighbors. Wondering where their next meal is coming from should never be a concern in these times yet they are very real for many. Let's work together to take these worries away and inspire positive change. Ellijay Eye Care will be collecting non-perishable food items to be taken to the Gilmer County food bank. They are in need of canned vegetables, condiments, sugar, crackers, canned meats such as chicken, tuna, and chili to name a few. They are also in need of toiletries items like hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. They do ask that no glass containers be brought in. They also collect food for pet owners who are in need. Dry or wet food is accepted. Please help us help our community and be the change we wish to see. Stop by the office if you have any questions or want to drop off donations.
