her students with compassion and safety. Linda completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Samadhi Yoga Studio located in Manchester, CT. Linda is certified in Yin and Yoga Nidra. She also is an Usui Reiki Level Two Practitioner. Linda offers Gentle, Yin , All- Levels, Chair , Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.
