Meet Jenna!
Jenna is A Better Self’s NEW Group Fitness Instructor! She will be leading our strength-based classes that are challenging yet SO fun! Jenna brings purpose, intention, and energy to every class, drawing from her background in education and years of movement experience.
She believes strength training is good for the soul—supporting both physical strength and mindfulness. She understands the reality of full, busy days, while valuing the importance of making time to move.
Outside the gym, Jenna is a wife, mom of two, and dog mom x2 who loves time with family and friends.
