Happy Baby Pose is a great way to release the hips and lower back—but only when done with good alignment!
✅ What to do:
• Keep feet flexed and flat, like you could walk on the ceiling.
• Ground your tailbone and keep the back of your neck relaxed.
• Let your shoulders melt into the mat.
🚫 Avoid this:
• Pulling your knees too far and lifting your head or shoulders.
• For tighter hips, hold your ankles or shins instead of your feet.
👉🏼Remember: Happy Baby is about ease and openness, not forcing flexibility.
Let your breath guide the stretch.
