It’s something that happens often and has caught many people by surprise.
Allowing yourself time to rest, is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind.
Many of my clients ask, what can they do for stress? And the truth is, Rest. Take time every day to go into yourself, Just like you would on my Massage table. Let go, be quiet and present, Give your body permission to be at ease. In time, it’ll become easier, your mind more quiet. There’s nothing you need to do, and that is the best thing that you can do for stress. Do nothing! ❤️ And if you need a reminder of how to relax, come get a massage and maybe you might even get a nap. 💤
