I recently went through some painful losses and fell into a deep depression and the grief was debilitating. At 51 I've learned happiness is inside job. My happiness is not reliant on others. I was REALLY intentional & started identifying the plants left by the original settlers in the 1800's. I find old garden tools & last week a 3/4 full bottle of bright yellos moonshine from 1880-1910. Anybody want it? I don't drink. Each time I find a new tool from the settlers it helps me feel closer to the original use of the land. The soil is rich and there is always something blooming from Spring to Fall.

I bought my house in Maine and always loved gardening. I planted lots of gardens when I bought it, but for some reason I let it go. Last month I started deliberately grounding myself by touching the plants & trees. Roses are in full bloom, so i started picking and drying them. I learned it's almost impossible to be miserable when touching roses. They also contain a mathematic formula called the Fibonacci sequence that is seen throughout the Universe and our natural world. I see that as a sign that God is in everything.

I'm embarking on a new journey to identify, learn and share the lost ways of plant medicine. I'm starting with a bath soak called "I Am Love" Rose Petal & Quarts Healing Bath Soak." This soak refreshes the body, mind and Spirit!
