Most women over 40 think they have to eat less.

What actually helps with energy, fat loss, and cravings is being more intentional with protein.

One of my favorite easy protein shortcuts?
👉 Egg whites.

I don’t drink them 🤢😆 — I add them to meals I’m already making:

• stir into oatmeal before cooking
• add to scrambled eggs or breakfast burritos to boost protein without added fat
• mix into veggie scrambles or omelets
• stir into fried rice or stir-fry
• use in baked oats, muffins, or pancakes

This makes it easier to hit protein targets, stay satisfied longer, and avoid the afternoon snack spiral without adding a lot of calories.

Simple. Practical. Sustainable.
Fat loss and muscle gain. 💪
