I absolutely hate to do this as I know life happens, but I am losing out of what is my paying livelihood . I have given this alot of thought and spoken to many businesses about what they do. I am implementing a cancellation and no show policy.

🌿 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy, I value your time and energy as much as my own. Each session is reserved especially for you, and I prepare with intention before we meet.

Cancellations or Reschedules:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% session fee.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client. Full payment will still apply.

Emergencies:
I understand that life happens. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, please reach out as soon as possible, and we can find a compassionate solution.

Thank you for honoring this policy—it allows me to serve all clients with care and balance.
