Just a reminder of the level one Reiki training class I’m holding in Sheridan Wyoming July 9th. 10 am- 5pm

It will be a beautiful day.
In this training we will cover the history of Reiki, Reiki principles, you will receive a Reiki Level 1 attunement which opens the practitioner up the Reiki Source, and learn and practice giving treatments.
10am - 5pm with a lunch break at noon
Reiki energy work is A noninvasive, gentle Japanese healing art. Reiki- is translated Rei (Divine Healing) Ki (Energy)
This is a Japanese healing practice involves light touch and off the body hand placement. A non religious practice available to anyone, Reiki energy can be used on animals, plants, people, yourself ect
Please share if you know of anyone interested, this could be a great gift for a loved one, or both of you to practice on each other. Yoga instructor, body worker, nurse, ect. There is no limit to who can practice.

Hello Sheridan, I've missed you!
I hope you all are doing well and have found a massage therapist to work with in Sheridan WY. I am visiting Sheridan for the month of July and found an office to rent at the old post office. So I wanted to give you an oppurtonity to get in a massage with me in July. There is unfortunetly limited space and time. But I hope I can see you and if the schedule doesn't work for you feel free to call or message me. There is not an option for cupping or hotstones right now. I am not sure if I will bring them. But I still might,

Well, As most of you may know I am moving my buissness back to Maine. I am so excited for my master herbalist training coming up Jan. 14th, to be with my boyfriend in our cozy home again, but it's a bitter sweet knowing my time in Sheridan is coming to a close. It's been a wonderful fulfilling year serving my clients, along with my first full year practicing as a Massage Therapist.
Before I go I hope each of you know the time I have had with each of you has been sacred to me and I have deeply appreciated your business at Elephant and Owl.

Business peaked so much in just a year I can't even take anymore new clients, if I were to stay (Thanks to many friends and clients who posted my ads and put in good words for me). But life is calling me to go back to Maine, my 2nd home and we are more then excited.

I do plan on coming back to Wyoming during part of the summer time... where I plan on practicing massage, teaching yoga and possibly holding a retreat, So stay posted!

Life is full of change and blessings. I am so excited for 2023 for both myself, my business and my family.
