👋 Get to Know Dr. Sam!

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing a little more about who I am, why I love what I do, and life outside the office. From chiropractic care to family life and a few fun facts in between, I’m excited to help you get to know me a bit better!

Let’s have some fun—feel free to jump into the comments and share your answers too!

Where I’m From 🏠🌲

I grew up in Phillips, WI, a small town in northern WI that taught me the value of community and hard work. I landed in Ellsworth thanks to a family connection, and it didn’t take long for this place to feel like home. I’m so grateful I get to serve such an amazing community every day 💙

Where did you grow up?

I wanted to share an important update with you regarding our office.

Starting on February 10th, Dr. Gayle will be out of the office as she undergoes surgery for breast cancer. The good news is that her prognosis is good, and we are all incredibly hopeful and cheering her on as she focuses on healing. 💪💗

During her time away, I will be covering all patient care. I will do my very best to keep office hours as normal and consistent as possible. That said, as a small business owner and mom to a young child, there may be occasional schedule changes—because life sometimes has other plans. I truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility if that happens.

Thank you all for the love, support, and well wishes you’ve already shared for Dr. Gayle. It means so much to her and to our entire team. Please continue to keep her in your thoughts as she recovers—we can’t wait to welcome her back when the time is right.

Sincerely,
Dr. Sam

❄️ Cold Weather = Stiff Muscles ❄️

If your neck, back, or joints feel tighter when the temperature drops—you’re not imagining it. Cold weather can cause muscles to stiffen and joints to feel less flexible.

🔥 Tips to stay comfortable today:
• Dress in warm layers
• Keep moving throughout the day
• Use heat for tight muscles
• Don’t ignore lingering aches

If the cold has your body feeling locked up, chiropractic care can help keep you moving and feeling better all winter long.
