Spring Reminder: Don’t Shock Your System
We see it every year…
The weather warms up and suddenly it’s:
• 3 hours of yard work
• Deep cleaning the entire house
• Weekend warrior workouts
• Jumping straight into running season
And then… back pain, tight hips, sore neck.
Your body needs a ramp-up period after winter.
