Inspire Recovery Center - In Support of People in Recovery INSPIRE Community Recovery Center, located in Ellsworth, Maine, offers a safe, fun and comfortable place to connect with members of the community.

People can come in for a cup of coffee, in person recovery supports, and other activities and programs. INSPIRE Recovery Center is a project of Healthy Acadia. Healthy Acadia is a 501(C)(3) community health organization building vibrant communities and making it easier for all people to lead healthy lives throughout Washington and Hancock counties and across Maine. Learn more at healthyacadia.org. At Healthy Acadia, it is our priority to maintain our social media platforms as safe and respectful places for sharing and discussing topics related to public health. Posts and content are viewed and shared by the general public, including our youth. Please be respectful of everyone who is interacting through our social media platforms:

Today was just plain fun. 💛
Decorating gingerbread houses meant messy frosting, way too much candy, lots of laughs, and zero pressure to make anything “perfect.” Some houses leaned a little, some had extra candy pieces (okay… a lot of extra candy pieces ), but that’s what made it great.

It was such a nice break to slow down, hang out, and just enjoy being together. These are the moments that really stick — simple, cozy, and full of good energy. So grateful for days like today and the people who made it so sweet. 🏠✨
