Our Toddler 1 friends always enjoy a good book during group time! Sharing the love of reading together helps build language skills, imagination, and a lifelong appreciation for books. We love these cozy moments spent exploring stories as a class!

🍀 March Math Fun! 🍀

Our school-age friends put their math skills to the test with exciting Math Relays! Working both independently and as a team, students raced to solve problems, count, build numbers, and complete challenges at different stations.

This activity encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking while keeping learning fun and engaging. It was wonderful to see friends helping one another, cheering each other on, and celebrating their successes along the way!

Toddler 2 friends had so much fun exploring color mixing! Using paint sealed in a bag, they squished, pressed, and moved the colors around to see what new colors they could create. This sensory activity encourages curiosity, strengthens fine motor skills, and allows children to explore art in a hands on (and mess free!) way. So many smiles while discovering how colors change!

Pre-K had two more special guest readers help wrap up Read Across America Week last week! Thank you, Tiffany and Jessica, for joining our class and sharing your love for reading through fun Dr. Seuss classics. Our Pre-K friends loved having you in the classroom!

🚧 Reminder: ECLC Closed for Building Repairs 🚧

ECLC will be closed March 16–20, 2026 for scheduled building repairs. During this time, ECLC will not be operating and no childcare services will be available.

Our infant friends took advantage of the beautiful sunny day and enjoyed some fresh air outside! Exploring the outdoors, feeling the sunshine, and taking in new sights and sounds is a wonderful way for our littlest learners to grow and discover the world around them.

Our Toddler 2 friends celebrated Wacky Wednesday by doing something a little silly—painting underneath the tables! 🎨 Upside down art made for lots of giggles and a fun new way to explore creativity.

Activities like this help build motor skills, encourage imagination, and make learning exciting for our toddlers. We are loving all the fun and creativity happening during Read Across America Week!
