Yesterday, we had the opportunity to be part of something pretty special at the Kansas Association of Community Foundations eventāand itās exactly the kind of moment that reminds us why we do what we do at ECMC.
A huge thank you to Colby Richard Smoky Hills Community Foundation and all of the incredible attendees who show up for their communities every single day. Your work doesnāt go unnoticed.
Weāre especially proud of our presenters, Emily Lindsley, Nurse Practitioner, and Leah Womelsdorf, LCSW, who led a powerful session on stress, burnout, setting boundaries, self-identity, and the often unseen āinvisible workloadā carried by those in philanthropic roles. It was real, relevant, and deeply impactful.
At ECMC, we believe our employees are more than their job titles. They are educators, advocates, leaders, and changemakersābringing their passions and expertise beyond our walls and into the communities we serve.
Because when our team shows up out there, it reflects exactly who we are in here. š
If youāre looking for a place where your voice, your passion, and your purpose matterāweāre building something special. Come grow with us.
