Introducing Nina 🌿
Nina is an Advanced Intern here at DRWR&A! Soon to be moving into a Licensed Professional Counselor
Nina works with individuals ages 10 and up and has found a particular passion in supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders—especially ARFID and bulimia—life transitions, and relational challenges.
"I approach therapy from a humanistic perspective, believing that each person holds the capacity for growth and healing within themselves. In my work, I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and acceptance-based strategies. This integrative style allows me to help clients better understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also building skills for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and meaningful change."
