Congratulations to Connie Noble as Summit Pacific's newest BEE Award winner! The BEE (Being Exceptional Everyday) Award honors caregivers who consistently go above and beyond to create remarkable patient experiences.

Connie’s impact goes far beyond her role—she’s a true patient advocate and problem-solver. When an unexpected issue prevented a patient’s lab test from being completed, Connie didn’t wait for someone else to step in. She jumped into action—collaborating with Lab, Informatics & Technology, and Coding to quickly identify the problem, fix it, and make sure it wouldn’t happen again.

But what really sets Connie apart?
She made sure the patient never felt the burden of that error. From start to finish, she kept their care on track and their experience front and center.

Working alongside the Interventional Pain Management team, Connie consistently shows what it means to go above and beyond—for both patients and her colleagues. Her initiative, accountability, and compassion are exactly what the BEE Award is all about.

Thank you, Connie, for being an incredible advocate and for making a difference every single day!

This week, we celebrated Patient Access Week 2026 at Summit Pacific!

Patient access professionals are often the very first point of contact for our patients and families—setting the tone for the entire care experience. From scheduling appointments and registration to insurance verification, their work keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Every day, these team members navigate complex and sometimes stressful situations with patience, professionalism, and compassion. Whether answering tough questions or helping patients through uncertain moments, they remain calm, supportive, and solution-focused—making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Thank you to our incredible Summit Pacific Patient Access team for your dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to our community. We appreciate you this week and every week.
