We are happy to announce Pauline Mead has joined our All About You Team!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, with a passion for helping individuals to fully live their lives to the fullest potential possible. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings. I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. With my experience in an outpatient clinic working with people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, Bipolar, and PTSD.
Safe and effective care is obtained by working collaboratively with the patient and the psychiatric nurse practitioner. My goal with each patient is treating you as unique person as everyone does not fix in the same box, using evidence-based guidelines and collaborative approach to healing.
I am an empathetic provider who understands mental illness and substance use disorder. I am adept at the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses. If you or someone you know is suffering, please reach out. I can help with stabilization and medication management and help prevent crises from occurring.
I am accepting the insurance is Aetna, First Choice Health, Medicare TriWest, Regence, United Healthcare commercial and some Medicaid. I hope to be accepting more insurance companies by summer of 2026.

We are excited Katrina Dick has decided to once again join our team!

My name is Katrina Dick and I practice a healing art called Reiki. In 2015 I received my First Degree in the Usui Reiki System. Becoming a member of The Reiki Alliance, through The Devine Reiki Growth Center in Olympia W.A. by Reiki Master Penny Devine. After learning of this practice to first help myself, I chose to then help close loved ones and others who have sought out this art of Healing. For either their Mind, Body or Soul. I am humbled to be apart of every treatment and positive experience.

Please welcome Jessie Nearing!

Jessie Nearing, LMT
Hello, my name is Jessie Nearing, and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. My background includes years of hands-on experience in chiropractic and medical-based settings, where I worked closely with chiropractors and healthcare providers while gaining extensive knowledge in injury treatment and therapeutic care.
In 2008, I opened my own massage therapy practice, specializing in deep tissue and injury-focused modalities. I later expanded into clinic ownership, opening Nearing Total Health, PLLC in Lacey, Washington—a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic that continues to operate today. Through this experience, I collaborated closely with naturopathic doctors and further refined my clinical skills and treatment expertise.
After a personal injury required me to step back from full-time massage, I continued to stay active in the profession through ongoing education, clinic management, and mentorship. Massage therapy has always remained a core part of who I am, and I am excited to once again offer hands-on care—now with a focus on lighter, highly effective modalities that support healing and recovery.

I primarily accept cash payments and provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. I also accept motor vehicle accident cases with PIP insurance. While I no longer maintain active credentialing with all insurance providers, I am happy to discuss options and answer insurance-related questions.

I currently offer limited availability due to working full time with the State of Washington. Appointments are limited and tend to fill quickly.

As many of you know, our wellness space continues to grow and evolve, and with growth sometimes comes change.

We want to wish **Doris Reed, Licensed Acupuncturist**, the very best as she transitions back to offering her services at only her original location. We truly appreciate the time she spent working alongside us and wish her continued success.

At the same time, we are very excited about the next chapter here at **All About You Wellness**!

Our team is expanding and we are thrilled to welcome some amazing wellness providers into our space:
