I’m sore as heck.
I’m tired as heck.
I worked hard this weekend I don’t have to workout today.
All excuses I could have used today. Now, I did sleep in and I did choose to NOT do b***y day considering I can barely walk up and down the stairs. But, I got up and I did some upper body work. There will ALWAYS be excuses to not take care of yourself. But if you don’t start making yourself a priority you won’t be any good to anyone else! So STOP with the excuses and make a decision to care for yourself mentally and physically. It is so important.

We were tired this morning. I thought about saying we could workout tonight (but then probably wouldn’t have), so we slept a little longer and chose a shorter workout. That’s the beauty of having Beachbody on demand. Hundreds of workouts to choose from. Sure we are following a program, but we have the freedom to switch it up if we need to. Today was supposed to be leg day, but I am doing a tough hike this weekend and didn’t want to over do it so we chose the preview for LIIFT4 again. It’s awesome and only 30 minutes!
I can’t wait to start this newest program in October. 4 days per week 30-40 minutes a day. Who wants to join us? It will be so much fun and you will get so strong. The people doing the early access are absolutely loving it.
