While winter weather may keep many indoors, our Sales Coordinator, Sharon O., is still out and about—braving the cold to conduct home visit and connect with our valued referral partners.
These face-to-face moments matter. Home visits allow us to truly understand each family’s needs, meet them where they are, and build trust during important transitions. Visiting referral partners strengthens collaboration, keeps communication strong, and ensures families receive thoughtful, timely support.
