✨ It’s my last day in clinic for 2025. ✨

For many, this year brought deep change—losses, endings, and unexpected discoveries. As the saying goes, when one chapter closes, another begins. And so it is.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you who walked through my doors and entrusted me with your presence, your story, and your healing journey. It is an honor I never take lightly.

For me, the Year of the Yin Wood Snake marked a powerful transition—illuminating new possibilities, reconnecting me with memories and friends from the past, and delivering a few heavy reminders that life is precious, fleeting, and meant to be lived fully. You only live once… and time is not to be taken for granted.

As we step into this new year, may you live with passion, courage, and intention—and hold your loved ones close.

I’ll see you on the table in 2026. ✨

Hard to believe, it’s the final week of the 8th Annual Elmhurst Homeless Student Drive — and we need your help.

There are only 5 days left to make sure every one of our 69 students without stable housing receives support before winter break.
Our drive ends Friday, December 12th — earlier than many expect — which may be why some haven’t had a chance to give yet. If that’s you, there’s still time.
Here’s how you can make a direct impact this week:

A gift card may seem simple…
but for a child in our community, it can mean food on the table, warmth through the holidays, and knowing someone cares.
Right now, 69 students in District 205 are without stable housing. Let’s show up for them again, Elmhurst.

Goal: $250 per student

The 8th Annual Elmhurst Wellness Team Holiday Drive for Homeless Students is in its 3rd week. While you’re out shopping for your Thanksgiving meal, grab a $25.00 gift card from your favorite store— Jewel, Target, or Walmart. Then drop it off at one the sites below.
There are 69 students without adequate and fixed housing this year. Thank you for supporting them during this holiday season!
