2026 Retreat Heads-Up:

Last retreat sold out. Then we had to rent an additional home to accommodate everyone who wanted to show up for themselves.
20 beautiful women made it an amazing experience.

Bonds were formed, friends made, we learned, we practiced, healed, and we honored ourselves in so many ways.

This next retreat is going to EPIC.

I can't even begin to explain how excited I am. I will have 2 additional hosts who will share and expose you to the power of light, light frequency, vitamin D, hormones, metabolic health, movement, gut health, what doctors and teachers never tell you, microbiome health, supplement talk, and so much more.

We will even play with a healing art practice.

You will practice meditation, do a sound bath, journal, tarot fun, experience the psychic circle, make a sacred dish together, water intentions, and additional activities.

I will be setting up a 5-month payment plan to make this affordable for everyone.

Back to Self Retreat 2025 was a major success for all. The GOOD NEWS is....we are preparing for round 2 in the Spring of 2026. Stay tuned.

We all need to take time daily to nurture ourselves, but let's be real, sometimes it is tough to do this. This is why I enjoy hosting retreats. It gives you a timeout, sets up the needed pause for you, puts you with like-minded women, and then gives you new or refreshed tools to make self-care more attainable when you get back home.

This next retreat will be a new, fresh approach to self-care. We will teach you some very easy concepts that will change your life if you allow them to.
