𝙔𝙚𝙥, 𝙄 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠! 🤦♀️🤣 But you know what, it was the holiday season! 🎄
I always say, there's a time to celebrate 🥂 and let yourself indulge just be sure to get back on track ↪️🥗 and focus quickly ... So that's what I'm doing! 💪
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿
I made myself a yummy egg white 🥚 and veggie 🥕🍠 breakfast then ordered from my favorite salad 🥗 spot, , for lunch and dinner.
For me, having a fresh salad 🍴 ready-to-eat makes it super easy to stick to healthy eating for each meal.
I custom order it so I choose my own ingredients - no croutons, no cheese, etc. I like to keep it light and fresh!
For a snack, one of my go-to's has been air popped popcorn! 🍿 I pour out some kernels into a pan on the stove and let the heat do it's magic. For me this has been a great filling but still low calorie treat!
Getting back on track after the holiday season is not easy to do. 🥴 Low calorie meals and tips like these can make it a little easier!
