The only 👣 feet pics I'll accept are from my clients 🤭 because I'm not really focusing on their feet!

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do! ❤️ When a client hits a goal they have been working, sacrificing, fighting for! 💪🏻 That sense of accomplishment, relief, and excitement 😄 is such a wonderful thing for them to experience!

Even though this client hit a milestone, they know that there is still work to be done! And I'll be there cheering them on every step of the way! 🎉

I love trying new things! 🎉 Especially if they involve food or relaxation! 😜
Last night I FINALLY got to try a sound bath and let. me. tell. you. 🧘‍♀️😌 ... if I could have slept inside of 's yoga studio, I would have!
The session started with some tuning 👄, followed by a mediation 🧠 then the sound bath 🎶.
I wasn't sure if the noises would annoy me - since some pitches don't sit right for me - but it was wonderful. ❤️ The sounds were relaxing, intriguing and calming.
