Managing prescription medications for an aging loved one can feel overwhelming—especially when doses and prescriptions keep changing. Taking time to safely and efficiently clean out the medicine cabinet helps ensure that only the correct, up-to-date medications are being used. It’s a simple step that can make a big difference in safety and peace of mind.
Mark your calendar for Saturday to dispose of medication no longer in use. 💊
The Elmhurst Police Department is hosting a Drug Take Back event on Saturday, April 25th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you have medications you haven't used, don't need, or that are expired, drop them off using the drive-thru service in the west parking lot of the police station at 125 E. 1st Street. Please note: needles are NOT accepted at this event.
