Compassionate Care for Seniors and their Families

Jeff Bryk and John Cushing came to the business of Senior Care as a result of their personal experiences. Both lost their fathers after lengthy battles with Alzheimer's. They each provided hands on care and shared responsibilities for the hiring and managing of caregivers. Their deeply personal relationship with care giving provided them with a shared vision, to offer affordable, quality care and offer peace of mind to the loved ones of their clients.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality care and that begins by hiring outstanding, experienced care givers. This is accomplished through thorough background checks, employer referrals, meaningful experience, and painstakingly thorough training. Our screening process starts with the CareProfiler personality assessment which allow us to closely match the client with the caregiver best suited for their needs. All of our caregivers complete an exhaustive training program. All caregiver training meets or exceeds state licensing requirements. All our caregivers are compassionate human beings who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.
