My journey with sound healing began in 2022 when I went on an adventure with Rebecca Griffin ❤️
I had just been diagnosed with PTSD and was trying to find my way back to myself after a lifetime of trauma. I can’t say it was one single experience that changed everything… but I do know the last one became the catalyst that pushed me to truly dive deep within for the first time in my life.
My very first session was at a festival — in a tent, laying on the grass. And it changed me.
Through sound, I slowly learned how to relax.
How to release the tension stored in my body.
How to let emotions move instead of carrying them like armor.
Each experience softened something in me.
Each one helped me heal a little more.
And I’m still healing.
Now I share what I’ve learned so others can choose to heal, too ❤️
Because healing doesn’t mean you were broken.
It means you’re brave enough to come home to yourself.
