New Era Health & Wellness WOMEN’S HEALTH & HORMONE NP
Supporting women through every season of life

HRT isn’t just symptom relief. It protects your brain, bones, heart, and future.

Hormone therapy should always be personalized.

Metabolic health is women’s health. Supporting blood sugar, insulin, and muscle changes everything.

Testosterone isn’t just a men’s hormone. It’s critical for strength, brain health, and vitality.

“Normal” labs should never end the conversation. Your symptoms tell a story and deserve answers.

Being told “you’re just getting older” or “you just have to get to menopause” is bu****it.

Being heard is not a bonus. It’s the foundation of good care.

Midlife women are not dramatic. They are underserved and deserve better support.

You deserve care you would want for your daughter. The cycle of dismissal ends here.

Advocating for yourself should feel empowering, not exhausting. The right provider partners with you.

I want to hear your thoughts. Which hill are you dying on? 👇🏽

Everyone needs something from you.

Your kids need you. Your partner needs you. Your job needs you. Your aging parents need you. Your friends need you.

You’re being pulled in a million directions, and you want to give everyone your all. But somewhere amongst it all, you realize you lost yourself a little… or a lot.

Here’s what I want you to remember: As women, many of us take pride in trying to manage it all, be strong, be independent, be everything to everyone. But we’re human. We ALL need help. We all need time for ourselves.

Sometimes that shows up in different ways. Sometimes it’s just a hot shower. A solo trip to Target. Setting boundaries. Going to the gym or taking a walk. Investing in yourself, your health. Whatever fills YOUR cup.

Don’t wait until you feel completely broken to ask for help. You won’t regret taking care of yourself too early. But you might regret waiting.

Different seasons of life bring their own struggles. Don’t wear yourself down until there’s nothing left. Give your body and mind what they need for you to show up at your best.

Because when you take care of yourself, you can find peace and pleasure in the small things again. The chaos of the day doesn’t feel quite so heavy.

It’s not selfish. It’s necessary.

If any of these hit home, you’re not alone, and this isn’t “just how it is.”

These are real things my patients tell me before we start working together. And here’s what I always tell them:
Your symptoms are real.
Your struggle is valid.
There’s a path forward.

Perimenopause and hormone changes don’t have to steal your life, your relationships, or your sense of self.
You deserve to feel like YOU again.

Which one resonates most with you? Drop a 🤍 if you’ve been there.

Birth control and HRT are not the same thing.

Just because one didn’t work for you doesn’t mean the other won’t.

Your care should be built around YOU. Your symptoms. Your goals. Your life.

That’s how this is supposed to work.

P.S. No children were harmed in the making of this video. Can’t shut off being a mom, even when I’m trying to educate on hormones. 😅

Each phase of midlife hormones hits differently - and they all come with their own struggles.

Chaotic hormones in perimenopause. Steady low hormones in postmenopause. And menopause? It’s literally one day (yeah, really).

Don’t accept the “norm” and struggle through each transition. I challenge you to find a provider who will invest in you.

Comment a 🎂 if you didn’t realize menopause was technically just 1 day.

Women’s health goes beyond prescriptions . It’s about comfort, energy, function, and pleasure.

From protein that doesn’t make you cringe, to vulvar comfort, to tools that support pelvic health and sexual function. These are products I recommend to women daily.

If you want to hear more about other products I love for women, comment below — I’d love to share!

Some of my most memorable patients are the ones who almost didn’t do it.

They were unsure. Hesitant to spend the time or money on themselves because everyone else came first.
But they took the leap anyway.

And I’ve watched the transformation unfold.
They stop just surviving day by day and start seeing their value again.

They get their health back and with it, clarity, confidence, and momentum.
They finish school. Start the business. Build healthier routines.
They get excited about what’s ahead instead of feeling stuck where they are.
And something even bigger happens.

Their partner gets on board. Their family feels the shift.
When a mom chooses herself, she doesn’t take anything away from her family.
She strengthens it.
A healthier, happier mom creates a stronger family. Always.

The women who transform aren’t the ones who felt 100% ready. They’re the ones who decided to start anyway.

A patient experience I was given permission to share.

She was doing everything right.
Tracking triggers. Increasing meds. Planning her life around migraines.

What changed wasn’t another migraine prescription.
It was understanding what perimenopause was actually doing to her hormones.

She came in with low expectations.
Two months later, she told me she felt like she had her life back.

If your migraines have changed, worsened, or started running your life, this story matters.
Watch this one.

Your hormones are only part of the story.

You can work on balancing estrogen and progesterone, but if your body doesn’t have the nutrients it needs to actually produce and use those hormones effectively, you’re still going to feel off.

That’s where quality supplementation comes in. Not as a band-aid or a quick fix, but as foundational support for your body’s natural hormone production and metabolism.

Here’s the truth. Supplements work best when you also have solid nutrition, consistent sleep, stress management, and movement in place. They’re called supplements for a reason. They fill gaps, they don’t create the whole foundation.

But when you combine high-quality, practitioner-grade supplements with healthy lifestyle habits, and hormone therapy when needed, that’s when many women finally start to feel like themselves again. Energy improves. Brain fog clears. PMS symptoms become more manageable.

I only recommend supplements I trust. Brands with third-party testing, proper dosing, and forms your body can actually absorb. Because what’s on the label should be what’s in the bottle.

If you’re interested in where I source supplements for my patients, I do have a Fullscript dispensary with practitioner-grade products available at a discount. You can DM me “SUPPLEMENTS” and I’ll send you the link.

You were told it’s normal.
But were you told it’s treatable?

Aging changes estrogen.
Lower estrogen changes vaginal tissue.
That part is real.

What’s not true?
That you’re supposed to just live with the symptoms.
This is one of the most overlooked & most undertreated issues I see in women.
And it’s also one of the most fixable.

If this sounds familiar, let’s talk.

There’s a difference between being tired
and feeling depleted.

One resolves with rest.
The other doesn’t.

If you’re doing “all the right things”
sleeping, showing up, pushing through—
yet still feel like your body can’t keep up…

That’s information. Not weakness.

This post is for the women who know something feels off,
even if they can’t name it yet.
