How many times have you thought “I’ll wait and see if it gets worse” before addressing your symptoms?

Here’s what we’ve been conditioned to believe: that our discomfort isn’t valid until it becomes unbearable. That we need to prove we’re suffering “enough” before we deserve care.

Brain fog slowing you down? “Maybe I’m just stressed.”

Sleep disrupted every night? “I should try melatonin first.”

Low libido affecting your relationship? “It’s probably just my age.”

Weight creeping up despite doing everything right? “I need to try harder.”

This is what happens when women’s healthcare normalizes suffering as “just part of the journey.”

You don’t need to wait until things are falling apart before you’re “allowed” to seek support. Your body is giving you signals now—and those signals matter now.

EXCITING NEWS!

Years of advocating, fighting, and following the research have brought us to this moment! This is amazing news for women’s health! 🎉

Here’s to the journey ahead – moving forward and ensuring women get the care they truly need and deserve.

Next goals:

Getting an FDA-approved testosterone for women.

Making sure midlife care gets the education and attention it deserves

Because every woman navigating perimenopause and menopause should have access to providers who truly understand what they’re going through & have access to the treatments that actually work.

Postpartum is such a wild ride & truthfully no one can fully prepare you for it, but I think we can try and do better

I remember those first weeks with my first baby… so sweet, but honestly so overwhelming too. There were things I thought I’d totally have under control, and wow, was I wrong.

Then my second came along and brought new challenges along with some of the old ones

but at least this time I felt a little more ready to handle them that time.

So I wanna know…
•What’s one thing you wish you knew about postpartum?
•What caught you off guard?
•What was harder (or maybe even better) than you expected?

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can be overwhelming at first. I cant fully prepare mamas but I can share knowledge, support the ones in the thick of it, and help be a reminder to ourselves we weren’t “crazy” in those early days it's just a piece of figuring it all out.

OF MY MAMAS TO BE TO HELP YOU NAVIGATE YOUR WAY THROUGH MOTHERHOOD
