As some of you may already be aware, we regret to inform you that Elmwood Telepharmacy will close at the end of business on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. This was not an easy decision, but due to reduced reimbursements from PBMs, we can no longer continue operating in Elmwood.

➡️ Starting Wednesday, October 1, all prescriptions will automatically transfer to Abingdon Telepharmacy (503 S. Commercial Dr., Abingdon, IL).

You do not need to take any action at this time. Records will be automatically transferred.
To make this transition easier, Abingdon Telepharmacy offers free delivery and shipping, allowing you to continue receiving your medications without interruption.
