The hunt is on! Alamance Parks is egg-cited to bring you a countywide Easter Egg Hunt beginning Friday, April 3rd! 🐰 Both children and adults are invited to join in on the fun as eggs are hidden throughout various locations within the Alamance Parks system. Once you find an egg, leave it where you found it, take a selfie with it and email the photo to recinfo@alamancecountync.gov for a chance to win an Easter basket. Be sure to include your name and location where you found the egg. A photo of yourself with one of the hidden eggs is required for entry. The fun starts
Friday, April 3rd and will continue through Sunday, April 12th to give families a chance to enjoy some Spring Break fun before heading back to school!

- Cedarock Park
- Eli Whitney Community Center
- Glencoe Paddle Access

Burlington Recreation & Parks is excited to continue our partnership with Elon University’s Exercise Science program this spring by welcoming service-learning students into our programs! These students are gaining hands-on experience while giving back to our community by supporting mentoring programs, coaching soccer teams, and leading new skill-building opportunities.

One of those opportunities is a FREE Youth Lacrosse Clinic, led by Elon student Eliza Ritter.

This weekly, skill-based clinic is designed for youth ages 7–10 and will focus on building fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment.

Participants should bring their own goggles, mouthguard, and lacrosse stick.

Whether your child is new to lacrosse or looking to sharpen their skills, this is a great opportunity to learn from a passionate student-athlete and be part of a growing program!
