Training, Massage and Spirit-filled Stretch classes have been quietly happening here since the beginning of June with great results. So,
I'm going public. Please let me know if you could benefit from personal training, a therapeutic massage or if you'd like to come to a stretch class you are welcome Monday's at 10:00am or Wednesday's at 5:30.
