Appointments are available for all of your routine and medical oriented visits. Whether you have no problems at all, a red eye, are concerned about Glaucoma, Cataracts, or Retina problems we are here to help! Most patients remain in our office from diagnosis to treatment, however referrals to the appropriate well trusted M.D. We offer co-management for Lasik surgery thru Kremer Laser Vision Center in King of Prussia, and will complete your follow-up care from day one! Please call one of the friendly staff at 610-913-0126 to find out if we take your vision or medical plan today! Many eye care visits can be billed to your medical insurance when appropriate so don't forget to tell us about your medical insurance too!

👁️How to protect your eyes in winter❄️

1. Keep eyes hydrated
Use preservative-free artificial tears 2–4 times daily
Blink more often, especially when using screens
Follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 min, look 20 ft away for 20 sec)

2. Protect from wind and cold
Wear wraparound sunglasses or goggles outdoors
Choose lenses with 100% UV protection (UV rays still harm eyes in winter)

3. Manage indoor air
Use a humidifier at home or work
Avoid direct heat from heaters, fireplaces, or car vents blowing at your face

4. Care for contact lens users
Reduce wear time if eyes feel dry
Use rewetting drops made for contacts
Consider switching to daily disposable lenses in winter

5. Support eye health with nutrition
Stay well-hydrated (water still matters in winter!)
Eat foods rich in:
Omega-3s (fish, flaxseed, walnuts)
Vitamin A (carrots, sweet potatoes)
Vitamin C & E (citrus, nuts)

6. Don’t forget eyelids
Gently clean eyelids to prevent irritation
Warm compresses help if you have dry eye or blepharitis

🚨 When to see an eye doctor
Persistent redness or pain
Blurred vision
Excessive tearing or discharge
Dry eye symptoms not improving with drops
