When starting a lifestyle change here’s a few tips to get started. I’m sure different that what your normally told.
I don’t start counting calories in the beginning. Until you understand what you’re eating and how to eat. Why because you want McDonald’s, you get McDonald and that’s your calories. Cooking and eating at home will start to lower calories.
