The energy centers that run through the middle of the body are often called the rainbow bridge between heaven and earth. Adventure with us on Mondays as we seek the gold at the end of this deep dive study into the Chakras.

6pm use the yoga, breath work and visualization practices to somatically explore the energy of the chakras
