💙 November is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

To the men who show up for others — on the job, at home, and in their communities — this is your reminder that you deserve support too.

To the men who are:
💙 Struggling silently but still showing up
💙 Scared to speak up but want to
💙 Feeling dismissed or misunderstood
💙 Brave enough to go to therapy
💙 Fighting loneliness or hopelessness

You are not weak. You are human.
And asking for help isn’t a failure — it’s courage.

This month (and every month), let’s break the silence, challenge the stigma, and stand beside the men who give so much of themselves to others — especially our first responders, veterans, and public safety professionals.

This year, the Elyria Police Department will be giving away a limited number of Thanksgiving dinners to City of Elyria residents.

📍 Registration is required and must be done in person at the Elyria Police Department (18 West Ave. ). 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐥𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲.
