It’s an Ebb + Flow of life. People Ebb + Flow in and out of our lives our whole entire existence. People come and go, physically, geographically, emotionally…every single one of them makes an impression. It’s not about what you did or said, it’s about how you made them feel.

Well y’all, I have all the feels again. Completely bursting with gratitude, joy, mixed with some anxiety, wtf, and a whole lotta love.

It’s time to Ebb + Flow with us again on the island 🏝️ This goddess right here, Tabby and I are opening THE yoga studio on Emerald Isle, NC.

Yes! The cat is outta the bag or should I say keys are in our hands 🙌🏼 😎😃

🎉 it’s official. Yoga is coming back to the island - daily yoga - massage- Thai massage - dance - chair yoga - yoga for aging - Pilates - Pilates reformer - sound baths - ecstatic dancing - kirtans - goddess circles - a place to gather, to connect, to Ebb + Flow.

It’s happening! It’s time. We’re ready. Are you?

Join us for our journey as we paint, set up our website and phones, props, and retail shop.

Come Ebb + Flow with us as we create this space for You. We are beyond stoked to be offering intelligent, fun, engaging yoga, massages, and community.
