As the owner of Fitness Foundation, a corporate fitness business in the East Bay, California, I’ve been fortunate to meet many influential people in the fitness industry. Regardless of your abilities/ goals; building a stable foundation of fitness should include attention to joint mobility, and “postural intelligence”. As a personal trainer/ teacher, I practice what I teach. Whether it’s a short bike ride over the Bay Bridge, or a more intense muscle overload session, incorporating “The Founder Pose” is an essential exercise.
