As we prepare for the new year, many people are in planning, intention, goal-setting and/or resolution mode. I believe that we do not have to manifest our intentions on our own. While it's important to take action around our intentions and goals, we can also invite our higher power and/or the power of the universe to co-create with us.

I often set intentions, but am not super attached to the way in which these intentions are manifested. I set my intention, then pay attention to what shows up and follow the threads that are in alignment with what I want to create. Often, what actually takes place is beyond what I could have imagined.

I make some suggestions in the video about how you can amplify your intention or goal setting and not exhaust yourself in the process by doing it alone.

It's easy during this time of year to feel down about the short days and long, dark nights. And I invite you to look at the dark differently, to honor it, and view it as fertile ground for pure possibility.

This time of year is a great time to let go of that which no longer serves, making space in the darkness to place your intentions so they can become manifest as the light returns.

This time of year, it's easy to jump right to resolutions, or intentions, or goal setting. But missing the step of releasing creates clutter in manifesting your desires for 2026.

A great practice, prior to setting your intentions or New Year's Resolutions, is to write everything you want to release on a piece of paper. Then find a safe space to burn the paper, with mindfulness, releasing that which you do not wish to bring into 2026.

Instead of resisting the darkness, allow it to hold you. The quieter, darker days offer a sacred pause - a place where intuition can arise and deeper wisdom can speak. From this spaciousness, clarity emerges naturally, revealing what authentically wants and needs to be created in 2026.
