The “perfect rep” is achievable by anyone.
With focus and intention, you learn to fine-tune your effort with each repetition.
As coaches, our job is to help you notice where your attention is needed:
Are you rushing the turnaround? Squirming to finish the rep?
Breathing too fast or losing control when it gets hard?
Remember — moving the weight isn’t the goal.
The goal is to use the weight as a tool to create meaningful tension
in the right muscles, giving your body a compelling reason to adapt and grow stronger.
Anything you do that makes the rep more challenging — without breaking form —
is a good decision. That’s where real progress happens.
