The Phoebe Organic Farm, in partnership with the Rodale Institute, brings many benefits to the seniors in our community! The organic food grown is used in dishes at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale and shared with Phoebe Apartments residents at no cost. Chestnut Ridge residents also have the opportunity to participate on the farm, learning more about growing organic produce.
