Join a comprehensive weight training class which emphasizes structured and technique-focused instruction aimed at safely enhancing strength, improving functional movement, and optimizing muscle growth (hypertrophy).

This will be followed by a protein education session that covers the appropriate intake levels based on your age, goals, and lifestyle, as well as the types of complete proteins that best support body composition, hormonal balance, and sustainability.
