We had a debate pop up at work today due to the Valentine’s dances at the the school the other day. Here is the question. Everybody is free to answer and ask their husbands/bfs but not one guy we asked today said yes! If we get 5 guys that actually say yes we will make Jacob post a video of his famous double dutch dance.

****UPDATE ON OUR BREAK IN FROM LAST YEAR***

The day it happened….. after everybody had left…. We walked all over and ended up across the street where they had parked their car. We found something that was out of place and thought that it had to have dropped out of their car. Odds of it coming back with prints though had to be little to none. It was a positive hit!!! Took months to get it back from the lab but they finally got it back. A guy out of Texas so it wasn’t anybody local. May have already been busted in Arkansas but you can bet we are going to add on at least one more charge!!!

ALSO THIS IS OUR NEW PHARMACY DOG SECURITY SYSTEM SO DONT EVEN TRY TO BREAK IN NOW!!!

We will close early Christmas Eve at 5pm and be closed all day Christmas Day so there’s still time to come get last minute gifts!! (The toys not the medications……)

Just a heads up we will be closed the following dates during Labor Day weekend

Saturday 8/31
Sunday 9/1 (usual Sunday off)
Monday 9/2

We will be open normal hours the rest of the week. We will also be in today getting caught up in things (Sunday 8/25 from 11-3) if it makes any of your weeks easier to come pick up stuff today. Phones will be off but feel free to swing in and pick up stuff or just harass us. Come in during the week if you have a medication due over the weekend and we will take care of ya!

It will be my last weekend in my 30s so I may be going on a midlife crisis trip over the weekend. I bet you can’t guess where……

Finally getting around to posting the results of our weight loss contest! Blame those dang thieves for making us extra busy watching our cameras day and night waiting for them to come back! Results are below! Jacob (the youngest brother) joined in replacing Jack (my dog) who decided he no longer wanted to participate in the contest.

Rick (muscular bald one) lost 2 pounds due to too many vacations

Jacob lost 4 pounds

Thomas the defending champion lost 4 pounds

Anthony (the one who had the most votes by you guys to win) lost 3 pounds……. more than all the others combined!! 13 pounds!

That puts the total donation at $230 plus $100 for the community guessing the winner and Kyle Stratton adding $100 because he’s just that kind of guy!! $430 total going to Pet Adoption League of Gem County Idaho this week when I can get in there!

What did I do today to celebrate my victory? I went to Fourth Street Fusion because they are a local hard working family and their food is amazing!!! Look at that baked potato. It’s big enough for me to put all 13 pounds right back on and cheaper than what I spend at McDonald’s! If you haven’t been there yet you should definitely go! The panini sandwiches and baked potatoes are so good for lunch and the pasta on their dinner menu is even better! Get out there and support these guys and eat up all the food before we do!

Just an update for everybody: Can’t say too much but it’s looking hopeful. If you guys notice anybody out there that has really good blood pressure and enough gout meds for years let us know. They hurried and looked through stuff but didn’t really know their medications. You guys are all amazing thanks for the support!! In case you couldn’t get your medications today I’ll be in the pharmacy 10-2 tomorrow (Sunday) so swing on in!! There was one good thing in all of this for the thieves….. they didn’t touch our 3 Sisters Greenhouse flowers out front because if they did we’d be hunting them down tonight!!!
