Clients and I routinely discuss the difficulties of correcting trauma patterns in the body! Often the body reverts to an acute state of pain while in the process of unwinding trauma holds.

This can be a very demoralizing for a client who has been locked in pain patterns for many years! It can cause you to feel like giving up, or feel hopeless for change. But please remember, the body is complicated. There are no quick fixes, but this work does provide long term, life changing benefits! Hold steady, stay positive, forgive your body! Relief is just around the bend 💜

Just completed another incredible class!! Vagus nerve, lungs, bronchi, ribs/intercostals, just to name a few!

This class continued the understanding and application of the visceral work I have already been offering to clients. It highlighted many release points for people dealing with chronic pain patterns associated with whiplash!

I have to give gentle reminders daily… this is a journey! Ups, downs, twists, turns. It’s all part of the process and nothing good happens overnight! Be patient with yourself, with your body and with your spirit! The day WILL come when you will find yourself grateful for these days when you persevered 💜

More and more in my work the subject of self forgiveness arises. Both within myself and my clients.

It amazes me constantly how much the body holds emotions. Emotions we hold from relationships, emotions we hold about ourselves, emotions we can’t even recognize from physical traumas we have often forgotten about!

As these emotions surface, which is a reflection of physical healing, we are often hard on ourselves for not recognizing or dealing with it prior. It’s not your fault you hold these intense feelings in your cells, it is the nature of being human.

Be kind to yourself. Be kind to your journey. Be kind to your heart and your mind and your body. Hold kindness and forgiveness towards all the areas that require healing, are currently healing, and have already healed!

Do you ever feel stuck? Stagnant? Chronically tired?

Do you have muscle or joint pains that just won’t resolve, no matter what you try?
