Meet our newest massage therapist!

Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m originally from Louisiana and passionate about helping clients feel relaxed, comfortable, & cared for. I focus on creating a calm, welcoming environment where each session is tailored to your body’s needs in the moment. My goal is to help you feel restored, refreshed, & connected to your well-being.

When I’m not working, I’ve recently started a small temporary food vendor business, New Orleans Bites, and I love spending time with my little family & being outdoors whenever I can.

While Dr. G and Missy Mad Dog Gym are enjoying warmer, albeit very wet and windy, weather, Karen and Dr. M are holding down the fort this week.

Dr. M is seeing patients Monday and Thursday afternoons (appts available online or by phone), and Friday morning (by phone only).

There will be some changes to the massage schedule, directly affecting those who have upcoming appointments with Sydney. Karen will be in touch to get those details figured out ASAP.

We are truly grateful for those in our lives who make getting away possible!
