Our quarterly yoga nidra is at 5:45 at Old Glade Presbyterian this evening (9/29)!
Please bring anything you need to get comfortable on the floor, including a mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters, etc. Dress for maximum comfort.
* Cost: $10 + canned food, diapers, shelf-stable beverages, etc. for the church’s blessing box
* All 💰 is donated to Mary’s Lunchbox, GSPC’s community outreach program.

Welcome fall this evening with a nidra! 🍁
Yoga nidra allows us to access a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness, resulting in deep relaxation. We will begin with some very gentle movement, then settle in for around 45 minutes of guided nidra. Please bring anything you need to get comfortable on the floor, including a mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters, etc. Dress for maximum comfort!
