You have two opportunities this week to welcome the new year with yoga nidra!
Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) allows us to access a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness, resulting in deep relaxation. We will begin with some very gentle movement, then settle in for around 45 minutes of guided nidra. Please bring anything you need to get comfortable on the floor, including a mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters, etc. Dress for maximum ease and comfort.
