Happy Birthday, Tiffany! 💜

If you’ve ever been greeted with a warm smile at our front desk — that’s probably Tiffany! Our multitasking, dart-throwing, book-loving receptionist keeps things running smoothly while balancing life with two kids, two bonus kids, and a serious Hot Tamales obsession.

She’s a night owl who runs on coffee, loves bagels over donuts, and believes cupcakes are a perfectly acceptable food group. (Who can blame her?)

When she’s not holding down the fort at High Plains Wellness, you’ll find her reading, doing word puzzles, camping, or boating — probably with a shadow or two copying her every move.
