Discomfort doesn’t mean you’re doing yoga wrong.
It often means you’re finally not distracting yourself.

When the nervous system can’t default to checking out, old patterns surface.
Tight control.
Restlessness.
The urge to quit.

This is where practice actually begins. Not to push through or fix anything, but to stay present long enough to learn what your body has been carrying.

Comfort earned through avoidance isn’t regulation.
Truth felt in the body is.

I’ll be home for a few days next week and will be opening sacred space for private healing sessions and group gatherings. This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive support in a loving, grounded, and intentional way.

If your spirit has been craving rest, clarity, release, or renewal, I would be honored to hold space for you. Our time together may include breathwork, Reiki, intuitive guidance, somatic healing, and intention-setting — all guided by what your soul needs most in this season.
