We are offering a new program!!!

Jump Start Your Journey will be offered to individuals newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease ( within the last 3 years ). With this comprehensive program, participants will receive one-on-one physical therapy and education on topics such as nutrition, medical management of PD, mental health, and additional therapies. As a recipient of the community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation, this program will be free for participants and their loved ones. It is our goal to make the diagnosis of Parkinson’s slightly less overwhelming, to build a sense of community and to provide participants with the necessary tools to fight back against Parkinson’s Disease!
