Welcome to The Hot Room, the hottest yoga studio in California -- and we mean that literally. Walk through our doors into our state-of-the-art studio, and you’ll immediately know that you’ll get a good sweat during one of our many classes. No matter which way you like to flow, we have a class here for you, from Bikram style yoga to power sculpt and pilates. Our instructors are ready to guide and support you, not just through class, but throughout your entire yoga journey. We know you can handle the heat, and we can’t wait for you to join us.

It is with both JOY and sadness that the HOTTIES say goodbye to our Cher as The Hot Room manager. 😅

Cher came CORRECT as our HOTTIE hype girl, our positivity pirate, and our most colorful Care Bear as no one else could. She shared her magic as our little studio took on its next chapter 🙏🏽.

We celebrate Cher as she moves towards her next professional opportunity as Operations Director where she will shine brighter than a diamond 💎.

There will never be anyone who could connect and fill hearts as she, but rest assured, she will still be on the mat right next to us is class. Once a HOTTIE always a HOTTIE 🤩.

Level up your practice by breaking down Vinyasa & Bikram poses through Anatomy 🦴, the Subtle Body ☸️, Energetic Lines 〰️ and Bandhas 🔐.

We will focus on approximately 8 poses to help yogis more deeply understand alignment, muscle action and form.

This will be an experiential and interactive training as opposed to just a lecture. Yogis will learn how to make their practice stronger, safer and more dynamic ✊🏽.

Meet KEKOA, our newest Hottie! 💙💙💙

Kekoa is a full-time yoga teacher based in Encinitas, California, with over 15 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching experience. ☀️

She is trained in both Vinyasa and Sculpt, and her classes focus on combining strength, flow, and intentional movement to help students feel grounded, challenged, and connected in their bodies. 🧘🏽‍♀️

In addition to teaching group and private classes, she has also spent the last couple of years coaching students through 200-hour yoga teacher trainings — something she is passionate
about as a way to support the next generation of teachers. 🤝

Kekoa is Native Hawaiian 🌺 and grew up in Encinitas, CA. When she is not teaching, you’ll probably find her playing in an indoor soccer league or hanging out with her cat. Kekoa’s teaching style is approachable,encouraging, and rooted in creating space for people to show up exactly as they are.

Kekoa is newly back from her 300 hour training and has so much knowledge and inspiration to share.
